Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% deposit fee being retained. Payment: All payments for services are due at the time of the appointment. Accepted methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Communication: Changes to appointments should be communicated to Brooklen Bredow within the 48-hour timeframe.
